I ordered an arrangement through their website. Each step of the process was communicated to me, including a picture of the arrangement. The delivery was extremely fast and the arrangement was in perfect condition. I woud use The Flower Spot again.

I have always given my CPA wife a beautiful flower atrangement to celebrate completing another busy tax season. Our schedules had us apart for the ocassion and I need to find an out-of-town flower shop to get her flowers to her. I called three shops in SJ to place an order. I ordered the selection online, and followed up with a phone call that day. The arrangement was delivered on time. The customer service was exceptional. I appreciated the picture of the bouquet before it was delivered. The boutique was absolutely gorgeous.
