Although there were some miscommunications on the store part, they took the time to respond to my concerns, admitted the mistake and guaranteed their product. I appreciated the communication and assurance.

The moment the delivery was discovered I got not a text, not an email, not a voice note, but an immediate phone call describing how sweet, beautiful, and fragrant the bouquet was. They loved it and the pictures sent were very pretty!

Oh my goodness where do I start ? first very convenient the flower shop is close to where I live and Shelly was the best ever very helpful and kind I asked for a color of roses to be substituted and she meet my needs the price was very good I thought I was going to pay a lot more than what I did also delivery price was amazing. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Shelly

I contacted The Flower Spot at 11:30am with a request to deliver flowers to my Fiancé at her job before 1:30pm. They not only made her a stunning arrangement, but they delivered it at 12:55pm. Great People!!

I ordered an arrangement through their website. Each step of the process was communicated to me, including a picture of the arrangement. The delivery was extremely fast and the arrangement was in perfect condition. I woud use The Flower Spot again.
